A motherboard is a circuit board that connects all the components in a computer. Motherboards come in various sizes and colours, depending on what kind of computer you’re making.

Printed circuit boards, or PCBs, provide a foundation for connecting electronic parts. Its colour has no direct bearing on how well it performs, and the colour of the solder mask has no bearing on how well the electric system performs.
